• Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Policy

    RESINC Solar and Thurri Energy are committed to promoting a safe and healthy workplace

    and believe that all workers have a right to go home without injury. We recognise our

    responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of employees and our management and

    workers take pride in promoting a robust safety culture.

     

    We aim to control the impact of our operations on the environment and to meet the needs of

    customers in an environmentally sound and sustainable manner. We both work within, and

    contribute to, the communities in which we operate, creating our reputation for quality and

    reliability by listening to our clients individual requirements and delivering professional

    services that meet those needs.

     

    To meet our HSEQ objectives, we have developed an Integrated Management System that

    has the full support of the Directors and senior management who are committed to being

    personally responsible for its implementation.

     

    RESINC Solar and Thurri Energy’s key objective is to conduct operations in a manner

    that consistently meets or exceeds the Work Health Safety, Quality and Environmental

    standards set by all stakeholders, industry regulators and the communities within

    which we operate and aim to:

    • Prevent injury and illness.
    • Eliminate hazards and minimise risk.
    • Minimise negative environmental impact.
    • Promote pollution prevention, waste minimisation and conservation.
    • Integrate quality into every task undertaken so that products and services are
    • delivered to an elevated level of client satisfaction.

     

    To achieve this RESINC Solar and Thurri Energy will:

    • Comply with the requirements of AS/NZS ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety
      Management Systems, ISO9001 Quality Management Systems, and ISO14001
      International Standard for Environmental Management Systems.
    • Provide information, instruction, training and supervision for all workers in the correct
      use of plant, equipment and substances used throughout the company.
    • Encouraging and empowering workers to be proactive in workplace safety.
    • Continually improve the Integrated Management System which incorporates Health,
      Safety, Environment and Quality management by setting and monitoring measurable
      objectives and targets.
    • Be ethically and morally responsible for all company operations.
    • Provide all resources, training and equipment necessary to deliver quality products
    • and services.

     

    The Directors take responsibility for implementing this policy, will review it annually for

    currency and effectiveness and communicate each review to all relevant stakeholders.
