Through this collaboration, we donated and installed a 12kW solar system to help the preschool save on electricity costs and reinvest those savings into what truly matters—the education and wellbeing of their children.

About Parklands Community Preschool

Parklands Community Preschool is a cherished community-based preschool on the Central Coast. Supported by the NSW Department of Education's Start Strong programme, they provide affordable, high-quality early childhood education for local families. However, operating on a tight budget means every dollar counts. That’s where RESINC Solar stepped in to make a difference.

The Project: A Greener Future for Parklands

In September 2024, RESINC Solar donated & installed a 12kW solar system at the preschool, designed to align with their daytime operating hours for maximum savings.

This initiative:

• Significantly reduced the preschool’s reliance on grid electricity.
• Lowered their electricity costs, freeing up funds for essential educational resources.
• Supported Parklands’ commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

The feedback from Parklands has been overwhelmingly positive. Erin Wise, representing the preschool, shared:
